Read between the Lines
Decide who you are writing your book for, yourself or the public. If for the public, be ready everybody will have an opinion. You will need to be able to take criticism and understand not everyone is going to like what you wrote, no matter how good you think it is. In the writing world, negativity can be a good thing, it helps us improve as writers. (If use correctly). Listen to what people are saying, and read between the lines, understand you might not be as good as you think you are. Take what they say to heart and use it to help improve your writing skills.
